Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2025

This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information. Our commitment to your privacy is absolute and forms the core of our service. We believe in minimal data collection and maximum user anonymity.

1. Our Core Principle: A Zero-Logs Policy

eSIM Mobi is a strictly no-logs service provider. We have architected our systems to fundamentally prevent the collection of user activity data. We do not collect, monitor, or store any of the following:

  • Your IP address or any other device identifiers.
  • Your browsing history, visited websites, or DNS queries.
  • The content of your calls or SMS messages.
  • Connection timestamps, session duration, or bandwidth usage.

We cannot provide information that we do not possess. Your communications and online activities are your own.

2. Information We Do Collect (and Why)

The only piece of information we require for service delivery is an email address, which you provide during the checkout process. This email is used exclusively for two purposes:

  • Delivering your eSIM QR code and installation instructions upon successful payment.
  • Notifying you of your order status (e.g., payment confirmation).

You are free to use an anonymous or temporary email address. We do not attempt to verify the identity of the email owner. This information is passed to our internal, private Telegram channel for order processing and is not stored in a long-term, web-accessible database.

3. Payment Information

All payments are processed exclusively through decentralized cryptocurrency networks. We do not use third-party fiat payment processors (like credit card companies) and therefore never have access to your personal financial information, such as credit card details, bank accounts, or billing addresses. Your payment is as anonymous as the cryptocurrency network you choose to use.

4. Abuse Reports & Data Requests

In line with our zero-logs policy, we have no data to provide in response to requests from law enforcement, government agencies, or civil litigants. Since we do not collect any user activity data, we have no information to share. All such requests are consequently ignored.
